Sport Fit is a group exercise class that will give the everyday person or the elite fighter a full body workout. Whether you are preparing for your next competition or you are the mom looking to lose that baby weight, Sport Fit is for everyone.
This class is designed to improve a student’s overall athleticism. We use combat sport specific exercises to insure that our students do not only become stronger and faster, but to build functional strength that they can utilize on and off the mat. The equipment used in Sport Fit class varies, but often includes pull up bars, ladders, medicine balls, box steps, and free weights.
