What made you get into martial arts?

I first got into martial arts after watching Royce Gracie in the early UFC fights.

Tell us about your journey/background/accomplishments?

I started training in 1997. In the early 2000s I started studying mixed martial arts. I was an amateur and professional fighter for 10-11 years. During that time I was able to train with and was part of the training camps of several world champions. I, myself competed in the UFC and Bellator for a short period of time. And then transitioned into coaching.

What is your goal as a coach?

My goal as a coach is to change peoples lives with martial arts. I believe that jiu jitsu will make their life better. In mixed martial arts I want to watch the fighters reach their full potential. And take their career as far as they can. I enjoy the creativity of coaching mixed martial arts. Creating new concepts and ideas and executing them on the highest stage.
