Welcome to High Altitude School of Striking! This is a kickboxing/boxing fundamentals class at a higher pace with a dash of intermediate techniques. You will get all the benefits of our level one class while building a strong foundation in striking.
This class covers a wide range of techniques from Muay Thai, boxing, and kickboxing which be building on mixed martial arts (MMA) concepts. Students interested in competing will begin preparing in Intermediate Striking.
Advanced Striking covers a mix of advanced concepts from all striking styles. We will build world class strikers and prepare fighters for competition.
