Kids will have a blast learning Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing techniques with our enthusiastic, experienced instructors.

  • Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a grappling-based martial art, excellent for building coordination and body awareness.
  • Kickboxing is great for balance and cardio. In addition to physical skills, our program emphasizes the martial arts values of respect, self-discipline, and confidence.

Campers will take 2 martial arts classes a day (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Kickboxing). Along with the martial arts skills they’ll build throughout the day, kids can expect tons of exciting games and technique-based drills led by their coaches. Every day of camp will also include special activities. We’ll be reinforcing social values, working out, and having fun!
