We are working diligently to be proactive to prevent the spread of COVID-19, within our state and to protect the health and safety of all our members and staff. For the next 10 days, we are implementing a modified health and wellness schedule.
In addition to these temporary schedule changes, we will continue with our enhanced cleaning procedures. The entire academy was sprayed with anti-viral fog on 3/13/2020 by Accurate Janitorial Services and this will continue twice a week. We have also increased our daily cleaning regimen and installed two new hand sanitizer dispensers.
As we continue to monitor any developments, please understand this is a very fluid situation and as we navigate the challenges ahead, we will keep you informed as quick as possible.
Many of you call High Altitude Martial Arts home and together we will get through this.
As a reminder,
- Wash hands often with soap, especially before and after classes
- Avoid touching mouths, noses, and eyes

- If you are not feeling well- please stay home
- If you, or someone you are in contact with regularly, have traveled to an area with a high risk of contagion please do not come into the academy for at least 14 days.
