  • Great for your heart – Studies have shown that increasing cardio exercises, such Kickboxing or Jiu Jitsu increases oxygen uptake which keeps your heart healthy. Contrary to popular belief, heart attacks are occurring in individuals a younger age. There is no better time than now to think about heart health.
  • Muscle strength and balance – Kickboxing is great for improving muscle strength in both the upper body, lower body, and core. Your core is engaged and firing at all times. Kickboxing also helps with coordination and balance. Similarly, in Jiu Jitsu, you work out every single muscle in your body. Soreness is common as you are protecting joints manipulation and chokes. It is a great way to build muscle while learning something new and having fun.

Jiu Jitsu is great for tension relief and a hands on full contact therapy session.
